We launched
Mad Chicks with a day and evening of events exploring, raging about
and improving women's mental health. Held at the Union
Chapel at London's
Highbury Corner, it included
an info-fair, creative
workshops, massage, debates,
video, artwork,
a cafe,
and, in the evening, a great gig with
music, comedy, poetry, live arts and general merriment. |

day (13.00 till 23.00) featured: Information Fair Art and Video Refreshments Workshops on creative and social issues Relaxation, including massage Panel Debate on Women and Mental Health An Evening gig open to all |

The day-time events were women-only. The evening gig is for everyone. Events were videoed so that those unable to physically attend were able to receive video documentation later. The event was a HUGE success - with plenty of debate, high spirits, creativity and a hugely supportive vibe.
